Origin
The Bull Terrier was born in the 1830's when the Bulldog was crossbred with the Old English Terrier with a splash of Spanish Pointer blood. The Bull Terrier is also known as English Bull Terrier belongs to the terrier family. In 1850, the Bull Terrier also called the White Cavalier was one of the most popular dogs around. The Miniature Bull Terrier was created to have the same attributes of this lovable dog. These dogs are better known for their unique physical appearance like large, egg-shaped head, small triangular eyes and their "jaunty gait."
Temperament
A Bull Terrier is possessive by nature and will definitely protect its owner in any adverse situation. By nature these dogs are courageous, active, fearless, loyal and polite. They will get attached to their owners quickly and can be very aggressive with other dogs. Since they are active, they would naturally fit into a family where they receive a great deal of companionship and supervision. If they are left alone for hours they will certainly get bored.
Health Problems
There is certain health problems related to Miniature Bull Terrier like suffering from zinc deficiency, some puppies are born deaf, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, sensitive to fleas, prone to gain weight, allergy problems and bad knees.
